Get Fit: Week 3.3

Week 3, Day 3

Exercise: none, but I set up for the garage sale, then manned the majority of it by myself with both kids! I call that a workout!

Water (12oz glasses): 3

Breakfast: coffee (80), True Delights (140)

Morning Snack: none

Lunch: pb & blackberry jelly sandwich (450)

Afternoon Snack(s): Quaker Quakes (60), SoyJoy bar (130)

Dinner: chicken and rice (400), Red Stripe (153)

Nighttime Snack: none
