Rowan Says the Darndest Things

One recent night, Seth and I had laid with the kids while they were falling asleep. 

They share a bedroom now and normally their door is open to let the nightlight shine in. However, on this particular night Rowan had shut the door so it was pretty dark.

When Breck had fallen asleep, Seth got up to go back downstairs and left the bedroom door open.

Rowan immediately sat up in bed and proclaimed:

"It's morning time!!"

When I told her it was in fact still bedtime, she dismissed my erroneous claim and cheerfully marched downstairs for breakfast.
