Turkey Wraps

These are so quick and easy! And they're especially refreshing if you use cucumbers!

Ingredients:

12 flour tortillas
1 8oz package cream cheese
head lettuce
6oz deli turkey
cucumbers (optional)

Directions:
(This first step is only if you use cucumbers) Puree cream cheese and cucumbers in a food processor. Spread cream cheese mixture over tortillas. Top with lettuce and turkey. Roll tortillas into wraps and cut into bite sized pieces, securing each piece with a toothpick.

  1. Sounds really good with the cream cheese and cucumber puree! I have a friend who makes a yogurt cucumber sauce kindof like the grecian sauce at a Greek restaurant that she uses which is good but had not heard of your simple combination. Thanks!

  4. Going to make the cream cheese and cucumber sauce for some pita sandwiches for tomorrow. How much cucumber should I use?

  5. Amy - I'd say about 1/2 to 1 cup of de-seeded and chopped cucumber per 8oz of cream cheese should be good, it just depends on how much cucumber flavor you want!
