Add a small amount of the hot mixture to the egg, stirring vigorously.

It is very important that you add them slowly to whatever you are cooking. If not, you may end up with scrambled eggs

ReplyDeleteDorrene - (I assume you're commenting on the rice pudding recipe) Whoops! I kind of forgot that one major ingredient when I was typing out the directions! Thanks for pointing it out and you add the rice at the end, when you add the raisins, etc.
