Project Pinterest - Homemade Window Cleaner

I've always been intrigued with homemade products that are, nowadays, typically bought at the store.
You know....soap, laundry detergent, and of course window cleaner.

I came across the blog, Crunchy Betty, that had tried and tested a handful of window cleaner recipes.
Naturally, I tried the winner of her home test!

The first time I used it, it was not impressive.
But then I learned that I needed to wipe my mirrors and windows dry.
That made it Awesome!

Now when I need window cleaner, not only am I saving a trip to the store which equals time and gas, I'm saving money, and it's made from items in my pantry...mostly.

Head over to Crunchy Betty for the recipe!

What did you make this week?!

  2. I just checked out her recipe and I love it! I've got all those things in my apartment, so when we run out of windex, you can be I'm making my own (really inexpensive!) glass cleaner! I'll just put it in the windex bottle, so I don't even have to buy one of those!

  3. Thanks for sharing! I'm heading over to check it out!!

Thanks for taking time to leave a comment!
