Pink Rose

This first shot was very much inspired by Karli's shot of colored pencils. (The very last shot in the set) I just love the way she utilized all the negative space!






I'm not really lovin' the flower in this shot, but there's some yummy bokeh goin' on in the back!

  5. I like all your rose photos from the past couple days. I may soon copy your idea of buying some just to practice photographing them. Outdoors, there always seems to be a breeze when I have the camera and be dead still when I don't.

  10. Awww...you're so sweet to mention my colored pencils! LOL! :-) I have to say, these rose pictures blow the colored pencils out of the water! Absolutely fantastic; the composition of the first one is glorious. I took some rose pictures a week or so ago, and I MUST go back and see if I can do that to any of mine. Wonderful!
