Morning Snack: none

Lunch: potato soup (400), roll with butter (160), chips and salsa (~150)

Afternoon Snack: chocolate taste test study at KSU! (~100), ice cream (~100)

Dinner: bbq beef sandwich (415), mashed potatoes (235), espresso ice cream (250)

Nighttime Snack: air-popped popcorn (100)
