Corn Dip

I made this for Seth's small poker night (4 guys) and this was nearly gone in the morning!
I take that as a good sign! But beware, it makes a LOT!




2 cups (16 oz) sour cream
1 cup (8 oz) mayonnaise
16 oz bag frozen corn, thawed
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can beans, drained (you can really use any kind - I used chili beans)
1 fresh jalapeño, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Mix everything together in a large bowl and serve with sturdy chips (it's a thick dip) or bread!
