Creative Recycling: Egg Cartons

1. Wall art

2. Packing material, ice cube trays, storage for all kinds of things!

3. Mini pumpkins
Here's Mine:

Here are my glued pumpkins - and I used the top of the carton to cut out my bats! (I image Googled 'bat clip art' and got a few good bat shapes)

One finished pumpkin!

Here's my final product....in garland form...

This Thursday, head on over to Green Baby Guide for Thrifty Green Thursday!

  2. Those pumpkins are so cute! I am going to save my next egg carton and make some of my own. Maybe they can even be used to put something in, like a Halloween party favor or something. Or I could give them to trick-or-treaters! (I'm sure the neighborhood children would just love receiving my egg carton handicrafts!)

Thanks for the inspiration, and thanks for joining us for Thrifty Green Thursday at the Green Baby Guide!

  3. The garland looks like something someone would purchase at a high-end party store for a pretty penny. --I love that's really free, fun, and earth friendly! Plus, it looks like fun for little ones to enjoy as well. Thanks for enriching Thrifty Green Thursday with your great idea!
