As you may have suspected, I did some bargain-finding while at Walmart:

Retail Price (including tax): $53.01
Price I Paid (after coupons and rebate): $3.78 subtotal + $3.61 tax = $7.39
Potential Resale Value (of some items): $11.00

And I learned an important lesson....if you have a bunch of the same coupon that will give you overage on an item, DON'T use them all at once because the manager will come over and "fix" the "problem" so as not to give overage. I still got my items for free, so I really can't complain, but getting the overage would have made my total $2.73 less than what I ended up paying.
