Things Are About to Get Busy

When I think of summer I think of relaxing by a pool or going to the beach or sleeping in and just being lazy.

But, oooohhhhhh nooooo, that's not the case.
...ok, the sleeping in part is...and four of our neighbor friends have pools so the relaxing by a pool part is probably true too...but we have all this going on as well:

Breck turns 6 in less than a week, Rowan turns 4 in less than a month, Seth turns another year older in a month and a half, we have 3 vacations planned in the next 3 months, Breck just started piano lessons today (and LOVED it!), and both kids will start swimming lessons in a few weeks.

And I've got a lot going on with me, too!

I think most of you know that I have my own Etsy shop for my photography.
But not many of you know that I have a second shop, Anthology on Main, where I sell my crafty stuff.

It started as a shop where I could list my crafty stuff as I made it and then would hopefully sell it.
And it actually started out that way.

However, through a happenstance chain of events, my business plan has evolved to include paper pomanders and bouquets for parties and weddings! I'm currently working on an order for a shower, will be having a massive order coming in soon for a wedding for which I'll be handmaking all (twelve!) of the bridesmaid bouquets, flower girl bouquets as well as the bride's bouquet and possibly boutineers for the groomsmen.

AND AND AND I was contacted by an editor of a magazine and my book page wreath will be featured in the July/August issue of Natural Home & Garden magazine!!!

Book Page Rosette Wreath - Unique Upcycled Teacher, Birthday or Anniversary Gift - Shabby Chic Eco Friendly Green Home Decor

What?!
You've never heard of it?
Me either.
But I Googled it and it looks cool.
Maybe you should get a subscription...

Anyway, I'm fully expecting a massive surge of sales by August's end.
Ok, not really.
I mean, I'm hopeful for that, but I like to keep my expectations so low that when something good happens I'm super excited about it.

I'll try to keep you updated as usual.
...you know, once every two months...
And if it happens more frequently you'll be super excited, right?

...see how that works?!...
