A looooong time ago...like, four months ago...I saw this extremely cute family photo by Amelia Lyon.

And when I was in Kansas starting the portraiture side of my business, I had the pleasure of shooting a small family!

Here's my take:
...it must be said that babies who can not go far on their own accord are much easier subjects for this particular shot...
This little guy was busy
...as all toddlers are...
and was determined not to have anything to do with this shot.
But I'm happy with the way it turned out...it doesn't get much better than real life!
