Last week we went on a walk.
It was a little chilly.
The kids loved making 'tracks' in the snow.
And throwing snow balls!
But that's a lot of work for a kid, so they took a load off.
Once revived, we continued on our stroll.
And saw a cat!
It was a very friendly cat. The way it gave in so quickly to Rowan's desire to hug and kiss him and pick him up made me think that he's used to children. He had a tag, or necklace as I explained it to the kids, so I figured he was safe to pet.
The cat followed us quite a ways down the street and Breck asked if we could take him to our home. After considering that the cat probably had a family who loved him very much, he decided that wasn't the best option.
Plus, Daddy's allergic.
