We made an offer on a house tonight...should hear back tomorrow around lunch time with (I'm assuming) a counter offer!
But, I'm almost positive we'll get this one. Why? Because Seth is less than enthusiastic about this house (still lamenting the last one, I think!) and if we get it he'll remind me of that every day we live there.
