Get Fit: Week 3.1

Week 3, Day 1

I lost another pound! I had several high-calorie days, so I was a little nervous stepping on the scale this morning. But, it turned out great!

Weight: 126.5

Exercise: none

Water (12oz glasses): 4

Breakfast: coffee (80), Oatmeal (150)

Morning Snack: none

Lunch: lasagna (380)

Afternoon Snack(s): 5 Ritz (70) and 3oz cheese (300)

Dinner: Bunco smorgasbord (~1000)

Nighttime Snack: none
