Get Fit: Week 2.1

Week 2, Day 1

Today was weigh-in day and I was pretty pleased with the number - I lost 3.5 pounds in my first week!!! That's 2.67%! We'll see what happens next Wednesday...

Weight: 127.5

Exercise: 1 hour of landscaping/yard work (-289)

Water (12oz glasses): 3

Breakfast: coffee (110), True Delights bar (140)

Morning Snack: none

Lunch: Big Mac (580), french fries (200), Coke (200)

Afternoon Snack: yogurt (170)

Dinner: 2oz steak (106 - this seems low to me, but according to a food calorie site, that's it!), 10 spears grilled asparagus (35), grilled potatoes (325)

Nighttime Snack: none
