Water (12oz glasses): 4

Breakfast: coffee (125), half a roll with butter (80)

Morning Snack: none

Lunch: mac & cheese (400), 1 roll with butter (170)

Afternoon Snack: none

Dinner: steak (650), grilled peppers/mushrooms (75), grilled asparagus (50), grapes (30)

Nighttime Snack: air-popped popcorn (75), choc chip cookie (90)
