Tropical Fruit Salsa

(Make this to go with Jerk Pork Tenderloin!)

makes about 4 cups

2 cups finely diced ripe pineapple
1 cup finely diced ripe papaya
(or you can do what I do and buy the tropical fruit mix in a can, then dice it all finely!)
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno finely diced
1-2 Tbsp lime juice
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients ini a large bowl and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
