This is incredibly simple to make and turns out
fabulous!
Ingredients2lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
2 cups sweet and sour sauceAny combo of the following veggies:
1 cup broccoli
1 cup carrots
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup pineapple
2 1/2 cups cooked rice
DirectionsAdd chicken, veggies and sauce to crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or on high for 2 1/2 hours. Serve with rice.
