Wheat Thins Breaded Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Wheat Thins
4 cheese slices (any variety you choose!)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Chop Wheat Thins in a food processor until they resemble breadcrumbs. Using a meat mallet, pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.

Place one cheese slice over chicken and roll up. Secure with toothpicks if needed. Now bread the stuffed chicken in the crushed Wheat Thins.

Place chicken on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake in preheated over for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
