Cupcake Update...

I know y'all were wondering about my tailgating cupcakes I mentioned in my menu plan post! So, here's the ONE that turned out ok....the rest were kind of ugly - I tried standing the footballs up in the frosting and it didn't work because A.) the frosting wasn't thick enough to hold them there and B.) the chocolate melted much quicker than anticipated! They still tasted ok, but then I forgot to set them out when we got to our tailgate.

Here's the recipe I used to make the footballs (Duncan Hines helped with the cupcakes!)....and I put my choc chips in the microwave....stir every 15-25 seconds and you're good!
